Jinx is looking for a Creative Director to elevate the creative vision and to engage new and existing fans of the growing brand. This person will lead the creative team and control the voice, identity, and overall vision of Jinx. You will oversee branded touchpoints covering a spectrum of digital and non-digital vehicles, including: ads, printed collateral, retail signage, product packaging and shippers, video, marketing content, and experiential elements that will build the brand. We’re looking for a storyteller who is not afraid to take risks, experiment, and have fun doing it.
• At least 8+ years in a creative-oriented role, with at least 3 years serving as a VP of Creative, Creative Director, or Art Director; previous experience at a branding studio acceptable.
• Have previously managed a creative team, overseeing the following functions: graphic design, digital design, creative operations, and copywriting.
• Experience executing and directing both retail and digital branding initiatives.
• Work collaboratively between cross-functional teams to bring on-brand, innovative marketing campaigns to life through continuous content planning.
• Influence brand standards for all marketing materials, including: photography, video, packaging, experiences, retail, digital, print, OOH, product launches, and social media content.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold brand design ideals in all website and digital user experiences.
• Work with the sales and retail teams on strategy and design for in-store collateral and signage, including: endcap, sidekicks, in-lines, shelf-talkers, PDQs, and more.
• Own daily workflow across the department, allocate project workload to internal and external resources, and manage deadlines and budgets as needed for the creative team.
• As leader of the creative department you will have responsibility to own, direct, and retain a great team and contribute to the overall culture of the company.
